TennCare and Southeast Trans messing with the Poor

I have been getting numerous Complaints about TennCare and Southeast Trans screwing over the poor that can’t afford automobiles. The Report I got was rides not being scheduled even though the person calls during the allotted time which is 72 hours.  Now Southeast Trans out of Georgia is the Contractor for TennCare. My first question since TennCare is part of the State Government why are they outsourcing this to an out of State Agency? They could do this in state and put Tennesseans to work. 

They biggest issue like I said is the Fact that the poor which need this service is required a 72 hour notice to schedule the rides. Some do a week in advance which is more than 72 hour in advance and their Ride don’t show up, show up a day before or even show up day late. This is unacceptable they are being paid by Tax Payers and they (Southeast Trans) gets paid no matter what now Southeast Trans actually subcontract out their work. When Southeast Trans is called they Blame TennCare and when you call TennCare they blame Southeast Trans. This is a failure on both ends with no oversight. 

I sat in with a lady today that called into Southeast Trans today. She called in 71 hours before her appointment and spoke with Michelle at Southeast Trans and Michelle said because this lady called in 1 hour past the 72 hour mark.  Really,  are we splitting hairs this much?

Michelle with Southeast Trans said TennCare is sticking to the 72 hour Rule and this lady won’t get her ride! I find this as a Taxpayer unacceptable. 

Liberal Protestors needs to be held as an enemy of the state

The United States constitution does give every American the right to peaceably assemble.  I am cool as hell with that even though I might not agree with their cause ( which is within my rights). They do not and are not protected by the First Amendment when they throw Rocks, bottles or anything that within reason can cause bodily harm. 

When they set fire or vandalize anything that does not belong to them. Anything other than non-violent chants is to be considered unprotected speech.  Setting a limo on fire does not help your case but shows what kind of Animals you really are. Throwing stuff at Police shows that you have not evolved from an Animal.  

Chanting Police should Fry like bacon should be classified as hate speech. You Liberal Criminals think that the laws don’t apply to them.

Liberals Produce  TV Show that allows bullying of little people and Koreans. 

The Show Two Broke Girls,  the writers and the Producers should be ashamed at how they bully that little Korean Guy on there calling him hurtful names but,  hey like usual liberals say one thing but do another. Right liberals it’s wrong to call Criminals Criminal but,  it’s OK to make fun of little Korean people. 

When are y’all gonna own up to your contradictions, hold a press conference and admit you are full of hate for little Korean people.  You hate mongers.

I have heard numerous times by liberals that illegal immigration is not a crime. Well here it is word for word. 

8 U.S. Code § 1325 – Improper entry by alien

(a)Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts

Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.

(b)Improper time or place; civil penaltiesAny alien who is apprehended while entering (or attempting to enter) the United States at a time or place other than as designated by immigration officers shall be subject to a civil penalty of—

(1)

at least $50 and not more than $250 for each such entry (or attempted entry); or

(2)

twice the amount specified in paragraph (1) in the case of an alien who has been previously subject to a civil penalty under this subsection.

Civil penalties under this subsection are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any criminal or other civil penalties that may be imposed.

(c)Marriage fraud

Any individual who knowingly enters into a marriage for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or fined not more than $250,000, or both.

(d)Immigration-related entrepreneurship fraud

Any individual who knowingly establishes a commercial enterprise for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years, fined in accordance with title 18, or both.

Now that I have proved immigration is illegal and should be punished by the law to the fullest extent. Let’s get to the ones that say illegal immigration should not be illegal. Hell why should we have any laws? Why don’t we go into a state of Anarchy. Because a Civilized Society obeys rules and laws.

I do not understand why the DOJ doesn’t have this “man” in Jail. If it was me or you making the same threat against Mr.  Obama we would be under the Jail.  We demand equal protection of the law. 

The reason he keeps talking about race is because it’s the only thing that makes him relevant like Jesse Jackson and that other douchebag that promotes violence at otherwise peaceful protests.
